I am not sure who to direct the enquiry to. Our 40 cm static Camos Dome, which has worked perfectly normally, has only found Sirius satellite during the past week, instead of Astra.

Is this likely to be due to a problem, in which case how do we solve this, or is it due to unusual atmospheric conditions?

It is possible that the dome is having difficulty locking onto the correct satellite. Please can you try your dome again in another location and let us know what happens.

If your dome is still experiencing difficulty locking onto the satellite then we can arrange for the system to be checked for you.
